Solstice Soirée

Women’s Health Virginia is teaming up with Live Arts for a Solstice Soirée on Saturday, June 21, starting with the evening performance of Michele Lowe’s String of Pearls at 8 p.m.   The play is a whirlwind of lives stitched together by a single strand of pearls. Bridging many years and several continents, the story brings together the loves and losses of twenty-seven women –- all played by just four actors. It’s a  collage of romance, generations, and questions.  The stories reflect periods and experiences in the life of every woman –- cycles that will be forever passed on: pearls on a string.

Following the show, you can enjoy the first evening of summer at a reception with light fare and Virginia wines on the Live Arts roof top terrace and meet Director Fran Smith and the cast. 

Ticket purchases in excess of $20 are tax-deductible contributions to Women's Health Virginia.

Individual tickets for the evening are $40.
